Dynamic Alignment Body Training
Thursdays, 5 – 6:15 pm at the at the Downtown Dance Collective, Missoula.
Movement training to deepen the connection with your body.
You’ll become more strong, mobile and aware of your body.
What we’ll do: squat, think, stretch, sweat, crawl, strengthen, feel your body — solo and with partners.
For all ages and abilities — anyone with a deep interest in who they are.
