Here’s how to make your first appointment, and a few guidelines.
1. Make sure you’ve read what I charge and understand the cancellation policy.
2. Send me an email with your name, preferred weekday appointment times, and a few words on what’s bringing you in to see me.
Alternately, you can do this by phone at 415 — 464 — 7115.
3. If you’d like, fill out my intake form before you come in. If not, don’t worry; I’ll have one for you at the office.
4. Read what to bring.
5. Show up a few minutes early for your first appointment, especially if you haven’t pre-filled out an intake form.
6. See you then! I don’t do reminder calls/emails, so we’ll likely only chat beforehand if you have any questions.
