whoa! thanks for this one. i chose my more arthritic hand to ‘inhabit with my mind’ and definitely noticed the changes: it feels bigger, more full of active tissue, blood (? not the right words maybe but hope you get what i mean) – just fuller of itself! difficult to describe for sure.
but my hand (and my brain, and my heart) thank you.
