Spontaneous Movement: Free Yourself!

There’s a good deal of postural dysfunction that we can avoid by moving in more spontaneous ways.

From birth, our whole system becomes very adept at taking on various shapes, and holding them for as long as necessary. Try a few minutes of moving in a way that is less conventional, for you, to help remind yourself that most shapes we hold are merely remnants of the past.
